Express Local Delivery is a service for Same Day Pickup Photo products, where a customer can choose to have their order mailed to them or a recipient for a small fee instead of coming into the store for pickup. Below are a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding this service.
*Holiday shipping cutoff for these orders of 12/21. Express Local Delivery Orders must be placed by 6pm local store time in order to receive by 12/25*
*Due to the COVID-19 situation, delays with production and delivery timelines may occur, so please place your orders as early as possible. We apologize in advance for any lags and appreciate your understanding*
Q:How can I choose Express Local Delivery? A: On the Order Fulfillment screen you will have the option to choose either “Pick up my order” or “Ship my entire order”. Select “Ship my entire order”, please ensure the Express Local Delivery option is selected.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? A: Yes, you will have 2 hours to cancel your order. Please note that you may not immediately be able to cancel your order, as it can take up to 5 minutes to process to through the system. After 5 minutes have passed, please try to cancel your order on our website. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to call Customer Care at Call 866-264-2910 toll-free, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
Q. What happens if the order I ship out is undeliverable? A. If an Express Local Delivery order is not able to be delivered to the customer they will receive an automatic refund and cancellation email notification. The undeliverable order will be returned to a facility for destruction and disposal.
